Can you move material from one site to another?
Certain items that are not fragile can be moved upon inspection and distance.
Do you require that we have a contact on site?
Not necessarily; so long as the items can be seen and inspected and we have a contact person/number (cell, home or business). In some instances, a credit card number will have to be obtained.
Can you give me a fixed price?
I will try to give you the closest estimate I can by phone (without seeing the items in question). Once we arrive, I can give you the exact quote before we begin the job. There is no extra charge for quotes.
Do you work in the evenings and on the weekends?
Our trucks run 24-7. Normal business hours are Monday to Sunday: 8 am – 6 pm For any other hours arrangements will have to be made. Phones are answered 24-7 as well.

With our service, you will get a team of 2-3 fully qualified men, who will load the truck quickly and efficiently. Our trucks are driveway friendly and depending on the size of the job will take from ½ hr to 1-1/2. We are in and out of the site as quickly as possible, so there’s not much disturbance to you and your neighbors. |
